What is LitonRx?

LitonRx is a full-service retail pharmacy that uses modern technology and proprietary software to provide a more convenient, yet safe and secure, patient experience in filling prescriptions.

How do I send my prescription to LitonRx?

There are two ways to send us your prescriptions. Tell your doctor you would like your prescription sent to LitonRx Pharmacy. Fill out the form to transfer your prescriptions from our website LitonRx.com or through our mobile app. If you have a paper prescription you can drop it off at your closest LitonRx Pharmacy or upload a picture of it through our mobile app.

How do I transfer my prescription to LitonRx?

We make it easy to transfer your prescriptions through our LitonRx mobile app or website. Just give us some information about your current prescription and pharmacy and we will do the rest. You can also call our pharmacy at (480)-855-7706 to speak with a member of our staff and tell them you would like to transfer your prescriptions.

When will LitonRx deliver my prescription?

LitonRx will deliver your prescription within the same day of receiving it. If we receive a prescription outside of our business hours, we will deliver it as soon as we open the following day! In some cases your insurance provider may ask for more information from your doctor on your prescription or we may be out of stock on a particular medication. When those instances arise we may be unable to deliver your medications on the same day. We will contact you immediately to make other arrangements in getting your prescription delivered.

How do refills work?

We manage your refills and send them to you on time, so you do not have to keep track of the dates. We will coordinate with your doctor and insurance company to make sure you never run out of your medication.

How can I get in touch with your pharmacist?

You can contact our pharmacists through call, email, text, or use our mobile app.

Do you dispense controlled substances?

Yes. Just make sure you have your ID on hand, and that you can sign for your delivery.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment can also be made over the phone by our secure LitonRx mobile app.

How much will my prescriptions cost?

Depending on your insurance and your medication, we determine your copay and deductible (if any) beforehand. Our team applies for financial assistance wherever possible and is always available to answer additional questions about payment.

What forms of insurance does LitonRx accept?

We accept most major private insurances as well as Medicaid, AHCCCS, and Medicare. If you have questions, please call us at (480)-855-7706 and we would be happy to assist you.

My prescription requires prior authorization. Can LitonRx help me?

Yes! We will work with your health team to deal with prior authorizations as quickly as possible, so you get your medication faster.
